Content Removal and Contact

1. What you can request

• Withdrawal of a gallery request or removal of your published map.
• Deletion of a private project, completed analytical response, or account.
• Review of content that may violate the Community Guidelines.
• Removal or correction of personal information displayed without permission.
• Review of alleged copyright, trademark, or other rights infringement.
• Reconsideration of a moderation or removal decision affecting your submission.

2. What to include

Please provide the gallery URL, public project reference, or private project identifier; the map title; the reason for the request; the specific material at issue; and the action you want us to take. If the request concerns your own private project or account, email from the address associated with the account or be prepared to verify control of the private recovery credential.

Do not send passwords, one-time sign-in codes, government identification, or unnecessary sensitive information.

3. Copyright or rights notices

If you are reporting infringement, identify the protected work or right, identify the material you believe infringes it, explain the basis of your claim, provide reliable contact information, and confirm that the notice is accurate and made in good faith. We may share the substance of a notice with the submitter so they can respond, unless doing so would create a safety or legal risk.

4. Review process

We aim to acknowledge complete requests within seven days. Straightforward creator withdrawals and clear privacy or safety issues may be handled sooner; complex legal or factual disputes may take longer. We may temporarily hide material while reviewing it, ask for additional information, preserve limited records required for security or legal purposes, or decline requests that are unverified, abusive, or unsupported.

5. Urgent safety and legal matters

If someone faces immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service first. Clearly mark urgent safety reports in the email subject. Valid legal requests should identify the issuing authority, legal basis, scope, and a verifiable official contact.

6. What removal means

Removing a gallery record stops future public display through Redraw Pakistan. Search engines, social networks, downloaded reports, screenshots, or copies made by other people may remain outside our control. Deletion from active systems may not immediately remove limited encrypted backups or audit records that must be retained temporarily for security, dispute handling, or legal compliance.
